Recently, I've been doing a lot more work on the Star of Destiny reboot. As I've been working on it, I had some characters redesigned. I originally didn't plan for this and the next one to be redesigned, but it happened anyway so here you go!
Drakosa the Dragon is the leader of the Zatei people, a position he was given for a multitude of reasons, the two largest being that he was the first of the Zatei to be created and he seems to be able to see the future. It's unknown what element he controls within the race of elemental people, but the hidden fierce power he holds is why he's called the Dragon; a reference to the fiercest and wisest of creatures on Apollos. If he's not giving orders, he tends to fight in a martial arts style that seems more focused on self defense. However, even with just his hands he can repel just about any weapon or sorcery used on him.
As leader of the Zatei, Drakosa's primary concern has always been their well being. He's never willing to allow any of them to come to harm's way, even if they are fine with it. While he will not let his people be walked over nor back down from his stance, he will use any avenue to avoid any of the Zatei from being hurt. He's compassionate to those who come to him, and despite a weathered yet noble appearance he is never sour. He is open to any who come to him. He believes strongly that everyone has a purpose and that they must do their job, no matter how much they dislike it. However, he also believes in being able to relax and have fun. He has no problem in sharing drinks and friendly conversation on just about anything with his people.
On the design side of things, Drakosa has a bit of inspiration from the designs of Lien and Kolei from mayshing's e-Depth merged with his old design and given more of a dragon motif:

It's a reference I'm okay with because of how great it fits Drakosa.
